University College Dublin Request Tenders For The Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Maintenance Of A High-Resolution Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry System For High Throughput Quantitative Proteomics, Metabolomics And Lipidomics. The System Will Include A Mass Spectrometer, Lc System, N2 Supply And Vacuum Pumps. The Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer Is Required To Allow Targeted Multiple Reaction Monitoring (Mrm) Experiments To Be Carried Including Those Using Multiplexed Labelled Samples. Quality – Samples Identification, Is A Mandatory Part Of This Evaluation. Suppliers Must Submit Samples As Part Of The Award Criteria, Section A: Test Sample Analysis. Failure To Complete This Mandatory Requirement By The Submission Deadline Will Result In Elimination From The Competition.
