Tenders are invited for Furnishing and Equipping a Cultural Center Affiliated with the Hadhramaut Foundation for Culture. Hadhramout Foundation for Culture announces its invitation to companies and contractors specializing in contracting, finishing, and furnishing to participate in the public tender for the project to furnish and equip a cultural center in the city of Mukalla, in accordance with the terms and specifications set forth in the tender documents. Scope of work The project includes, but is not limited to: · Bone modification work. · Finishing works (paint, ceramics, parquet, gypsum). · Wood and glass decoration works. · Full furnishing works (desks, chairs, halls, library, podcast, theater, reception,). · Purchase and installation of air conditioning systems. · Implement all items detailed in the attached bill of quantities and technical drawings. Basic conditions for qualification · The company must have proven experience in similar work (finishing or furnishing for institutional/cultural/commercial projects). · You must have a valid commercial registration and tax/zakat card. · Ability to adhere to the implementation schedule as specified in the tender documents.
