Tenders are invited for Travel Agency Services. Deadline for submission: Documents to be submitted by email by 15th of October 2025. The objective is to contract a licensed IATA-accredited travel agency to provide comprehensive travel services, including international ticketing, visa support, and related travel services, in line with PU-AMI policies and donor compliance requirements. MAIN TASKS Provide competitive quotations for tickets (international and domestic) within 24 hours. Book, issue, modify, and cancel flight tickets (economy class unless otherwise requested). Manage annual leave travel (round-trip tickets to expatriates home countries). Support urgent or emergency travel requests, including after-hours support. Offer flexible cancellation and rebooking policies with clear terms. Provide monthly travel activity reports and invoices. Maintain confidentiality and proper data protection of traveler information.
