Oct 2025 CVC Association is organizing training workshops in Khaldeh to enhance skills in the following area: Customer Service Duration: 150 hours for customer service taining Location: Khaldeh Upon completing the course, outstanding participants will be offered trial employment opportunities in various institutions for a period of 40 days. Based on their performance and the needs of the institutions, participants may then be considered for permanent positions. Customer service will cover the following topics: Customer Service Training Sales techniques Business etiquette Workplace behavior Target Group Khaldeh & nearby residents, they should be graduated (diploma or TS) and unemployed Project Background (about the bid) Each trainer will give 150 hours covering all the topics mentioned above, each class will host 20 participants and at the end of each workshop, 75 % of the participants will be hired in different organizations How to apply All quotes provided should meet the specifications listed, and include the following information for the criterion listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder: 1.
