The objective of this assignment is to design and develop a visually engaging, informative, and professionally structured e-brochure that showcases the mission, activities, and products of Agrocedrus, a company specialized in the production and promotion of carob and carob-based products. The e brochure should serve as a marketing and communication tool to raise awareness, attract potential buyers and partners, and highlight the unique qualities and benefits of carob. It should reflect the entitys branding, values (such as sustainability, tradition, and quality), and be suitable for digital distribution across various platforms. Scope of Work The service provider will be responsible for the following activities: Design and deliver the E-Brochure of the seven products Conduct regular meetings with Agrocedrus representative to facilitate the work 4- Deliverables (Supporting Documents): Final E-Brochure of the seven products Final report 5- Duration and Timeline The total duration should not exceed 20 working days from signature of agreement. 6- Location of Implementation The services will be delivered by mail with open files Price doesnt include photo shooting Pictures will be provided by Agrocedrus 7- Qualifications of the Service Provider The applicant (individual or company) must demonstrate: Proven experience in graphic designs At least 5 years of experience delivering similar services Fluency in French and English Experience with NGOs or donor-funded projects 8- Required Documents for Submission All applicants (Companies or Individuals) should submit the following: Technical Proposal (description of approach and methodology) Financial Offer (in local currency or USD, including all applicable taxes) Company Profile or CV At least two references or examples of similar previous work Signed acceptance of payment terms and conditions a.
