General Personnel Services For The Government. The Public Contract Is The Provision Of The Provision Of Temporarily Assigned Employees (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Dpz”) Who Will Perform Work For The Contracting Authorities In Prague And Temporarily Abroad (In The Form Of Business Trips) At Czech Centers Outside The Czech Republic. Dpz Will Be Provided In The Form Of Temporary Assignment To Perform Work According To The Provisions Of § 307A Et Seq. Of Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Labor Code”), When Dpz Will Be Employed By The Supplier On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Or Agreement On Work, But Will Perform The Work For Contracting Authorities (Hereinafter Also “Services”).
