The North Jutland Region Offers A Joint Public System Responsible (Fosa) For The Countrys 5 Regions And 98 Municipalities A New Contract For Acquisition/Development, Implementation, Application Maintenance, Support And Application Operation Of A New Joint Public It Solution To Be Used For Telemedicine Wound Assessment. The Contracting Entity Acquires The Solution On Behalf Of All Municipalities And Regions In Denmark. The Solution Is Nationwide. The Role Of Fosa Is Later Expected To Transfer To The Upcoming Self -Owned Institution Digital Health Denmark. The Solution Must Support Assessment And Thus The Treatment Of Wounds, Especially In The Municipal Wound Care, Via A Number Of It-Supported Workflows. The New Solution For Telemedicine Wound Assessment Must Integrate To/Apply The Telemedicine Infrastructure Common Spread Of Telemedicine Infrastructure (Fut). The Solution Must Thus Be Operated On In Futs Operating Environments (Fut Infrastructure). The Contracting Entity Wants To Offer The Healthcare Staff A Solution That Can Be Used Both On Mobile Devices, Including To Take Pictures And Evaluate These, As Well As Via A Web Browser Where Actual Administration, Communication And Overview Of The Citizens Progress Is Maintained. The Contracting Entity Also Wants To Offer A Solution That Supports The Healthcare Professionals In Wound Assessment And Wound Treatment, And Therefore Expects The Solution To Contain Decision Support. The Contracting Entity Will Plan And Implement A Course To Ensure That The Solution Achieves The Necessary Regulatory Approvals According To The Mdr Regulation. As Part Of The Delivery, The Supplier Must Follow A Defined Development Process And Provide Specific Documentation And Testing To Be Included In The Application For Approval. For Citizens, The Contracting Entity Expects To Develop A Similar Solution That Can Be Applied To The Citizens Own Mobile Device, Also To Take Pictures And Send Messages To The Healthcare Staff. The Citizen Must Also Have The Opportunity To See His Own Course, Either From Mobile Device Or Via Web Solution. Together With The Solution, The Contracting Entity Wants To Deliver A Migration Tool That Can Load Data From An Existing Solution In Connection With The Implementation Of The New Solution. The Contracting Entity Also Wants Assistance During The Implementation. Must Provide An Elevated Level For Its Services (“Hypercare”). The Supplier Must, From The Approved Acquisition Test, Ie From The Delivery Of The Main Delivery, Provide Ongoing Application Maintenance, Support And Application Operation Of The Solution.
