Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy - Purchase Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences And Its Organizational Units. 1. The Order Concerns The Purchase Of Active Electricity Available In The Turnover Meeting The Quality Standards Specified By The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law, In The Total Estimated Amount This Specification Broken Down Into Tariff Groups. The Contracting Authority Declares That It Is A Final Recipient Within The Meaning Of The Energy Law, Which Means That Electricity Bought From The Contractor Is Intended Only For Own Needs Not Related To Electricity Trading, Distribution Of Electricity. 2. The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Actually Provided Energy During The Period Of The Contract In The Scope Of The Forecast Energy Volume [Mwh] In Individual Tariff Groups, Given In The Offer Form, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. An Possible Change In The Estimated Energy Consumption By The Contracting Authority Will Not Result In Additional Costs On The Part Of The Contractor, Whom It Will Be Entitled From The Employer, Except For The Settlement For The Actual Electricity Used According To The Unit Prices Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Form. In This Respect, The Contractor Will Not Have Any Additional Claims Against The Employer Except For The Remuneration Specified In The Contract. The Employer Indicates That A Reduction In The Amount Of Actual Electricity Consumption May Not Be Greater Than 20% Of The Planned Consumption. 3. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Electricity Consumption Points (Ppe). In The Event Of An Increase In The Number Of Ppe, The Settlement Of Additional Points Will Take Place Taking Into Account Net Unit Prices In Individual Tariff Groups, In Accordance With The Offer Form, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz, With The Proviso That The Total Value Of The Contract Will Not Exceed The Amount Specified In §6 Paragraph 1 Of The Contract Template. 4. For All Ppe Indicated In Annex 1.1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, This Is Another Change Of The Seller And The Contracting Authority Has Concluded Electricity Distribution Contracts For An Indefinite Period. 5. To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Must Have A Valid Contract, I.E. A General Distribution Agreement With A Local Distribution System Operator, Hereinafter Referred To As Osd, On The Basis Of Which It Can Sell Electricity Via The Dso Distribution Network To All Indicated Facilities Covered By The Proceedings. 6. To Start The Sale Of Energy In Each Energy Consumption Point, It Is Necessary To Simultaneously Apply Contracts: 1) Agreement For The Provision Of Distribution Services Concluded Between The Employer And The Appropriate Dso; 2) The General Distribution Agreement Concluded Between The Contractor And The Relevant Osd. 7. The Purchaser Declares That The Contract For The Provision Of Distribution Services Referred To In Para. 6 Point 1, Będz
