Building Construction Work - Framework Agreement - Extension, Consolidation, Modernization, Thermal Rehabilitation Of The Public Buildings Within The Sector 4 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. The Contracting Authority Intends To Purchase Works Of Extension, Consolidation, Modernization, Thermal Rehabilitation Of The Public Buildings Within The Radius Of Sector 4 Of The Municipality Will Materialize In The Following Main Categories: Demolition Works; Architectural Works; Extension Works; Consolidation Works; Modernization Works; The Thermal Rehabilitation Works Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And Those That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Between Those To Be Assigned During The Framework Agreement Are Found Within The Specifications Of The Specification Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And Of The Provisions Within The Anap Instruction No. 1/2021. Considering That The Award Documentation Contains A Minimum Set Of Specific Information Regarding Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested Throughout The Entire Framework Agreement, As Well As Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Subsequent Contract Between Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement, We Emphasize The Fact That The Maximum Quantities The Contractor Initially Establishes Them In The Award Documentation And Subsequently In The Framework Agreement Represent Estimates Of Some Quantities That Could Be Requested Throughout The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter Can Be Smaller, Equal Or Higher Related To The Estimated Ones, Depending On The Real Needs Of The Contracting Authority. In This Sense, Considering That The Effects Of The Framework Agreement Mainly Aim To Establish The Terms And Conditions That Govern The Public Procurement Contracts To Be Awarded In A Certain Period, Especially Regarding The Unit Price And, As The Case May Be, The Quantities Considered, Based On Art. 221 Para. (1), Letter. A) Of Law No. 98/2016, The Promising-Sympathetic Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Estimated Quantity At The Level Of The Award Documentation With Up To 50% Of The Maximum Estimated Quantity For The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, For Each Category Of Work (Necessary Equipment). In View Of The Above Review Clause, The Estimated Value Of The Procedure Was Expressed In The Form Of Interval, The Minimum Value Of The Interval Representing The Estimated Value Of This Procedure According To Which The Offers Will Be Evaluated, And The Maximum Value Represents The Estimated Value And The Value Of The Possible Additional Based On The 50%Review Clause. The Price Of The Articles That Will Be Purchased Additionally Based On The Review Clause Will Be The One From The Financial Proposal Underlying The Framework/Contract Agreement
