The Answers Received By The Request For Information Will Be Utilized In The Preparation Of The Invitation To Tender. The City Of Seinäjoki Is Preparing The Tender For The Organization Of Recovery Services For The Use Of The City Of Seinäjoki And The Group Company Seilab Oy. By Request, We Ask The Tenderers Views And Statements On The Content Of The Future Invitation To Tender. The Questions And Response Instructions In The Request For Information Are Later On This Form. The Background Of Procurement: The City Of Seinäjoki Is A Multidisciplinary Organization Of About 3,000 Employees. Seilab Oys Staff Is Approximately 40. The City Of Seinäjoki Is Estimated To Have A Total Of 2,500/Year Recovery Assignments, Of Which About 2000 Public Law And 500 Private Law Citizens. In Seilab Oy, The Scope Is Approximately 850 In Private Law. There Are Currently About 20 Principal Numbers, Of Which 6 Of Which Are Public Law. There Are 10-15 People Who Deal With Recovery Matters. The Principal Number Refers To Unique Information Between The Collection Agency And The Subscriber Systems. One Principal Number May Have 1 Or More Invoices. The Number Of Users Of The Electronic Service Provided By The Service Provider Will Be 10-20 People. The Debt Collection Service Includes:- An Overdue Payment Request For The Subscriber And A Voluntary And Legal Recovery Of The Receivables And Legal Recovery, Including The Application Of A District Court Judgment And Submitting Claims To The Bail, Post-Tradition And Related Dispute And Criminal Care And Service Providers And Service To The Debtor The Acquisition Of Information Systems Applies To Receivables That Are Due After The Service. Previous Claims Will Not Be Transferred From The Previous Service Provider To The New Contractor. The Service Provider Must Comply With Both The Recovery Of The Law And The Good Recovery Method In His Recovery.
