Tenders are invited for Supply of Geo-Textile Bags Type-A, Geo-Textile Fabric Sheets and Sewing Thread at Morigaon District (Part-II). Bid Security: INR 5.80 million Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications as defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: a) Bidders net worth for the last financial year (FY 202425 or FY 2024 for international bidders) calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive; b) Minimum average annual turnover calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years (Financial Year, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025) or FY 2022, 2023 and 2024) as detailed in table below: Lot 2: INR 765 million c) Availability of or access to financial resources sufficient to meet cash flow requirement as detailed in table below : Lot 2 INR 130 million d) Successful completion as main supplier within the period from 1 Jan 2018 up to the bid submission date with nature and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply) where the value of the bidders participation equals or exceeds with the amount given in table below: At least one contract for: Lot 2: INR 460 million Or at least two contracts each for: Lot 2 : INR 345 million Or, at least three contracts each for: Lot 2: INR 290 million e) Meet other requirements as indicated in the Bidding Document.
