Expression of Interest for Data Collection for Social Protection Programs Supervision in Mozambique The World Bank is seeking a data collection firm to conduct data collection, both remotely and in-person, to inform the World Bank and the Government of Mozambique, specifically the National Institute of Social Action (INAS), that payments were received by the correct beneficiaries, ensure their satisfaction, and assess the use of the received amounts in alignment with the programs objectives. The payments refer to the financial assistance provided to beneficiaries under various social protection programs, including the Basic Social Subsidy Program (PSSB), the Direct Social Support Program (PASD), and the Productive Social Action Program (PASP). The key steps in this exercise include covering at least three cohorts of beneficiaries across all provinces until October 2026, working closely with the World Bank team, INAS, and local partners to coordinate activities, recruiting and training enumerators, and ensuring the quality and security of the collected data. The organization will also be responsible for data analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights and comprehensive reports to the World Bank.
