Tenders are invited for Supply of Gift Parcels: Consisting of Exercise Books & Stationery Items. Duly completed bids enclosed in a sealed envelope marked "Bids for the Gift Parcels" on the top left-hand corner of the envelope must either be sent by Registered Post addressed to the Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd., No. 35, D.R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10 or deposited in the Bid Box kept at the Procurement Department to be received at or before 2.30 p.m. on 14th October 2025. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time. The bidder or his authorized representative will be allowed to be present at the opening.
