Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of Pavements Constituting Access To Exhibition Facilities At The State Museum At Majdanek

3 The Scope Of Work Includes, In Particular: 1) Renovation Of Pavements At Post -Camp Barracks At The State Museum At Majdanek Using New And Demolition Materials, E.G. Edges, Clinker Cubes In The Field Of Surface, Foundation, Resistance And Ditches, 2) Renovation Of The Approach To Barrack No. 38 Using Concrete Cubes In The Field Of Pavement, Foundation, Resistance, 3) Renovation, Watercourses Using New Prefabricated Watercourses And Demolition Concrete Cubes In The Surface And Foundation. 3. The Area Covered By Robots Is Located In The Conservation Protection Zone And Is Protected By Conservation Services. Earthworks Must Take Place Under Archaeological Supervision In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Lublin Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. Attention To The Fact That In The Building Area There Are Numerous Archaeological Traces After The Functioning Of The Former Camp, The Contractor Should Be Particularly Careful So As Not To Cause Unnecessary Violations Of Soil In This Area: Deep Ruts, Violation Of Soils Resulting From The Storage Of Materials Earthworks Not Occurring In The Project. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Can Be Found In Annex 1 To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz) And In The Documentation Specified In It (Annexes No. 1A, 1B, 1C And 1D To Swz): A) Land Development Project - Renovation Of Pavements That Are Accessing To Exhibition Facilities At The State Museum At Majdanek - Annex 1A To Swz, B) Architectural And Construction Design - Renovation Of Pavements That Are Accessing Exhibition Facilities At The State Museum At Majdanek - Annex 1B To Swz, C) Stwior - Renovation Of Pavements That Are Accessing Exhibition Facilities At The State Museum At Majdanek - Annex 1C To Swz, D) Premier Works - Renovation Of The Sidewalks - A Renovation Of The Sidewalk In The State Museum. At Majdanek - Annex 1D To Swzi Is Its Integral Part. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Carried Out On The Terms And Rules Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 8 To Swz, And In Accordance With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Grant A Full Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. Regardless Of The Warranty Rights, The Employer May Exercise Rights Under The Warranty On General Principles. In The Event That The Warranty Period Is Shorter Than 5 Years, The Warranty Period Is Not Less Than 5 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Contracting Authority Requires A Warranty In Writing. 7. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Insure Works In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Contracting Authority In § 7 Of The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
