3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By A Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex 5 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As (Swz) And The Material And Quantitative Statement Of Equipment Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.3. Requirements For The Conditions For The Performance Of Construction Works. In Particular, The Following Conditions Should Be Followed By The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Works Will Be Carried Out Inside The Active Object. In The Event Of Brands Or Trademarks In Documentation, The Employer Allows Equivalent Materials Or Devices, I.E. Technical, Quality And Utility Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Documentation And Not Conducting Technology.
