Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Construction Intention Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of The Poviat Crisis Management Center In Głubczyce Together With The Surroundings At Journal Of Laws No. 286/8 At Ul. Kochanowskiego 15. As Part Of The Designed Construction Works, The Following Works And Building Facilities Are Assumed:- Dismantling Existing External Steel Stairs Leading To The Floor Of The Existing Building,- Geodetic Arrangement Of The Object In The Field,- Execution Of Full Surface Excavations For The Designed Foundations Of The Above-Mentioned Facility,- Execution Of The Necessary Replacement Of Non-Bearing Soil,- Expansion Of The Existing Building With A New West. The Detailed Scope And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works In Question Have Been Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting An Attachment To This Swz. The Removal Allows Equivalent Offers: If The Documentation Uses Their Own Names, Catalog Numbers, Manufacturer, Trademarks In Relation To Materials, Devices Or Technology, This Should Be Treated Only As Minimal Expected Parameters. The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions, But They Must Have Technical And Quality Parameters The Same Or Better. The Contractor Is Then Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials, Devices Or Technologies He Used Meet The Expectations Set By The Employer By Submitting Appropriate Documents, Calculations, Opinions, Etc.
