The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Construction Of A Garage For The Needs Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Moczydle, Under Which The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular To Perform: A. Earthworks, B. Foundations, Walls, Insulation, Floor. Window And Door Joinery, D. Roofing Works, E. External Finishes, Including Facade, Building Plinth, F. Bands Around The Building, G. Electrical And Lightning Installation. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform And Subsequent Assembly Of The Information Plate On Granting A Subsidy From The Budget Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship From The Operation Of Lesser Poland Tso 2025, According To The Employers Guidelines, Taking Into Account The Conditions For Obtaining Financial Assistance Specified In The Program Documents And The Grant Transfer Agreement. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In: 1) Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Which Consists Of: A. Construction Design, Former Technical Projects (Electrics, Construction) C. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), With The Proviso That: - The Provisions Of The Stwiorb Shall Apply To The Extent That They Are Not Contrary To The Provisions Of The Construction Project, Technical Projects Or Swz With Attachments, - In The Event Of Repealing The Standards Indicated In The Stwiorbs, The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Standards That Have Replaced The Standards, 2) Annex 2 To Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions - In Terms Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Employer Informs That This Procedure Does Not Include The Performance Of Works In The Scope Of: 1) Hardened (Hardening Of The Area) - Except For The Band At The Building, 2) Greenery. The Contracting Authority Informs That: • Positions Regarding These Works Have Been Removed From The Construction Bill, • The Works Will Be Carried Out By The Employer On Their Own.
