The Subject Of The Investment Is The Renovation Of The Building In Niechobrze 924A On Plot No. 548/1, Precinct 0005 Niechobrz. The Renovated Building Of The Building Will Be The Functions Of The Ol And Oc Warehouse. The Scope Of Works Includes:  Changing The Functional Layout Of The Rooms By Demolishing Part Of The Partition Walls - In Pom. No. 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, According To Fig. A1,  Replacement Of Exterior Doors Dz1, D2, D3 And O2 Windows,  Running Of Brick Pillars At The Dz1 Door Opening, With A Replacement Of The Over-Drum, Forging Sockets, Setting Anchors, Minor Repairs After Mounting The Doors,  Piercing In The Wall In The Wall. No. 4, 5, 6, 7 After Ventilation Grilles,  Demolition Of Ceiling Cladding In Pom. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 And Reproduction Of Plaster,  Forging And Reproducing Plasters In Pom. No. 1 And 2-Up To 1.20M, Renovation Plasters Should Be Made In Accordance With The Manufacturers Technology, Above Reproduce Cement-Lime Plasters, While In Pom. 3 And 7, A Local Plaster Defects Were Adopted,  A Partition Wall Is Designed On A Structure Made Of Cw 75 And Uw 75 Profiles With Plasterboard Sheathing And Mineral Wool Filling Between Room 3 And 7, In Accordance With Fig. A1,  Obstruction Of Floor Tiles And Leveling The Level Of The Floor Inside The Building By Extinguishing The Concrete Reinforced Gr. 5 Cm In Pom. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,  Making A Self -Leveling Screed On The Floor Throughout The Building,  Floor Finish With Tiles In The Entire Building,  Reconstruction Of Electrical Internal Installations And The Implementation Of Lightning Protection Installations In Accordance With The Pw Electrical Industry,  Forging And Restoration Of Internal Window Sills From Gres Tiles,  Replacement Of Ventilation Boxes In Pom. No. 1, 7,  Making The Gravitational Ventilation Cable To Room 2,  Preparation Of The Surface Of Walls And Ceilings For Painting, Priming, Surface Painting,  Retrofitting Windows O4, O5, O6 With Hygroster Diffusers,  Repair Of Roof Covering From Roofing Felt, Replacement Of The Top Layer Of Covering,  Replacement Of Trigger Pipes And Grazing Belt Insulation Of The Southern Wall With The Implementation Of The Facade,  Painting The Building Facade, Along With The Mosaic On The Pedestal,  Renovation Of The Rainwater Sewage System,  Construction Of The Fence Around The Building.
