The Order Includes The Lease Service Of Single -Mode Fiber Optic (Dark Fiber At Least 20J), Collocation Service And Internet Access Service. All Fiber Fibers Must Be Made Available And Compiled As The So -Called Dark Fibers Without Any Restrictions On The Speed Of Data Transmission And The Type Of Supported Communication Protocols.
