1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannas Natural Gas (Group E) For Gas Consumption Point/Points According To Annex 1 To Swz - Supply Of Gas Fuel Together With The Distribution Service To The Ordering Facilities, The Amount Of Fuel Demand 1 045 068 Kwh (Basic Order). 2. Gas Fuel Should Be Supplied Around The Clock To The Delivery And Receiving Points Listed In Annex 1 To Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Which Is Owned By The Ordering Party With The Gas Operators Gas Network. 3. In The Course Of The Order, The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Gas Fuel To +/- 10% Relative To The Amount Of Gas Fuel Indicated In Para. 4.1. An Increase Will Occur On The Basis Of The Right Option. The Principles, Scope And Manner Of Using The Above -Mentioned The Above Are Described In Annex 2 To Swz - The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Para. 3 And 4.4. The Contracting Authority Is A 100% Authorized Entity For The Settlement Of The Purchase Of Gas Fuel According To Tariff Prices Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26 January 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gas Fuel Recipients In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market, They Sign A Statement Of Gas Fuel Recipient For The Purpose Of Gas Fuel, According To The Template Attached To The Ordinance 2022. The Statement In Question Is An Attachment To This Proceeding. 5. Settlement Of The Distribution And Purchase Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Terms Set Out In The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, Distribution Tariff And Sales Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office 6. Information On The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz - The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract. 7. At The Request Of The Selected Contractor, The Employer Will Provide The Necessary Data To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller In The Electronic Version Of Excel Immediately After Signing The Contract. 8. Information On Current Contracts Is Described In Annex 1 To Swz In The Column Period Of Current Contract /Notice Period. 9. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers.
