Tenders Are Invited For Zp.97.2025 The Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Field Of 24 -Hour Storage Of Vehicles And Their Parts Detained For Procedural Purposes Along With Their Towing To The Parking Lot

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services At The Request Of The Police In The Field Of 24 -Hour Storage (Security) Along With The Removal (Towing, Transport) To Guarded Parking Lots Of Vehicles And Their Parts, Secured By The Police For Procedural (Evidence) Purposes At The Poviat Police Headquarters In Olkusz (Kpp Olkusz), In Accordance With The Division Of The Tasks Specified In Point Iv.4.2. The Scope Of The Basic Activities Included In Each Order For The Removal Of The Vehicle (Towing) And Parking Includes: A) The Acceptance Of The Order And Documenting It By Service, B) Access To The Contractor (Tug) At A Specified Time To The Place Indicated By The Police, The Place Of The Vehicle (Vehicles, Items Subject To Secured), Waiting For The Possibility Of Taking Loading Act No Longer Than 1H, C) Vehicles, Items Subject To Secured) To The Towing Vehicle, D) Transport And Unloading Of The Vehicle (Parts Of Vehicles, Items Subject To Secured) In The Parking Lot Of The Contractor Together With Their Protocol Acceptance By The Disposal Service Of The Parking Lot, E) Parking (Storage) Of The Vehicle (Parts Of Vehicles, Items Subject To Secured) In The Contractors Parking Lot Until He Was At The Disposal Of The Police, F) Sharing The Vehicle (Parts Of Vehicles, Items Subject To Security) For Inspection (Tests) To Authorized Persons Indicated By The Police Unit For The Needs Of Which The Vehicle Was Secured And Each Time To Document This Fact By The Dispatient Service Parking Parking Parking Parking Parking Parking. Price). 3. The Technical And Organizational Requirements That The Parking Lot Must Meet So That The Contractor Can Provide Towing/Transport And Parking Services, Is Set Out In Annex 5 To Swz.4. The Minimum Number Of Parking Spaces That The Contractor Must Have For The Needs Of The Police Has Been Specified For A Given Task In Annex 5 To Swz.5. The Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Scope Of The Contract In Question Will Take Place In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Police, Which Is Why The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Order In Relation To The Number Of Services Specified In Swz In Cases, If They Deviated From The Actual Needs Of The Police In This Respect. At The Same Time, The Employer Determines The Minimum Level Of Implementation Of Each Task At The Level Of 70 % Of The Value Of A Given Task.
