Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Heating Oil For The Tadeusz Kościuszko Primary School In Chodcz In The Quantities Of 80,000 Liters In The Heating Season 2025/2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Supply Of Heating Oil For The Primary School Tadeusz Kościuszko In Chodcz In Chodcz In The Quantities Of 80,000 Liters In The Heating Season 2024/2025.2. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Oil Supplied, Compared To The Quantities Specified In Point 1, Due To The Weather And Atmospheric Conditions Or As A Result Of Other Factors Affecting The Contracting Authoritys Demand In The Amount Of Oil Supply. In This Case, The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Compensation Claims Against The Contracting Authority For Changing The Order. Settlement For Delivery Will Be Made In Accordance With The Actual Amount Of Oil Supplied. 3. Heating Oil Must Meet The Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Pn-C-96024: 2020-12 Standard For L-1, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Qualitative Requirements Regarding The Content Of Sulfur For Oils As Well As The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws 2016 Item 2008): 42.6 Mj/Kg- Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.10% (M/M)- Density At 150C Temperatures Not Higher Than 860 Kg/M3- Liquid Temperature Not Higher Than -200C- Ignition Temperature Not Lower Than 560C- Water Content Not Higher Than 200Mg/Kg- Kinematic Viscosity At 200C Not Higher Than 6 Mm2/S- Content Of Solid Pollution Not Higher Than 24 Mg/Kg- Fractional Composition To 2500C Distilns No More Than 65%(V/V)- Fractional Composition To 3500C Distilns No More Than 85%(V/V)- Red Color4. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Loading, Transport To The Destination And Oil Unloading. 5. Oil Supplies Will Be Successively Carried Out In Stages Based On A Detailed Order Placed In One Of The Forms (In Writing, By Phone, Electronically) By The Ordering Party In Dates, Quantities And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Supply Of Heating Oil Will Take Place At The Settlement At A Reference Temperature Of 15 Degrees C.6. The Contracting Authority Requires Delivery From Monday To Friday, Including 700 To 1500 To The Boiler Room In The Quantities Agreed By Phone The Day Before The Planned Delivery Date. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Additional Delivery At Later Hours The Same Day, Depending On The Needs. 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Subject Of The Order To The Unloading Place. Delivery Must Be Carried Out Using Specialized Equipment And Tanks Intended For The Transport Of Heating Oil, With Appropriate Certified Fuel Flow Meters And Equipped With Necessary Devices For Troubleproofing Oil For The Tanks. Fuel Transport Should Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Legal Provisions, Including Fire Safety, Road Traffic And Environmental Protection. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Release The Goods In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.
