1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Documentation For The Investment Intention Reconstruction And Expansion Of Part Of The Poviat Eldership Building In Mielec At 6 Wyspiańskiego Street, As Part Of The Task Modernization Of A Part Of The Poviat Eldership Building At Wyspiański Street In Order To Obtain A Place Of Management And Access Point (Gov.Net) And Adapt To The Places Of Ad Hides And Ensure Accommodation To Liability Staff And Armed Forces Implemented In The Project Entitled Strengthening The System Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In The Mielec Poviat, Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 2.1. Obtaining Required Permits, Arrangements Or Opinions Of Other Bodies And Documents Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit By The Employer. 2.2. Transfer Of Documents And Materials Necessary To Prepare The Application For A Building Permit, Including Supplementing The Materials And Granting Appropriate Explanations On The Summons Of The Competent Authority After Submitting The Application For A Building Permit During The Proceedings, And To Make In The Executive Project And Part Of The All -Measure - Cost Estimate All Changes And Supplementations Resulting From Changes In The Construction Project Made During The Procedure Construction. 2.3. Making All Industry Arrangements Necessary To Perform The Contract. 2.4. Performance Of The Technical Expertise Of The Existing Building - The State Of Structure And Building Elements, Taking Into Account The Condition Of The Ground Substrate. 2.5. Performance Of Technical Expertise Or Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Structural Elements Together With An Indication Of How They Strengthen Them. 2.6. Making A Design Concept - Arrangement Of The Ground Floor Interior (Taking Into Account The Arrangement Of Furniture, Wall Colors, Floors, Etc.) 2.7. Development Of Multi-Branch Design Documentation Including: A) Construction Project, B) Issues Of Works, C) Investor Cost Estimate For Each Industry, D) Executive Design) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; F) Detailed Description Of The Parameters Of Audiovisual, It And Other Devices Listed In The Functional And Utility Program. 2.8. Transfer Of Copyrights To Project Documentation With The Right To Use In The Operational Fields Listed In The Contract. 2.9. Granting Warranty For Defects And Quality Guarantees For The Design Documentation Made. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Contract Template, Which Is Annex 4 To Swz And A Functional And Utility Program With Documentation, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Employer A Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Collection Documentation Report On The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template.
