Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of An Agricultural Tractor With Equipment Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Olioc) For 2025-2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Together With The Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor Along With Compatible Equipment: Factory New: Two Trailers, Sweeper, Mower, Plow And Subflary-Soller-Called Vehicles. 2. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Vehicles Be Brand New, Without Signs Of Use, Undamaged, Manufactured, Not Earlier Than In 2025 And Met All Minimum Technical Parameters And Equipment Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Technical Specification Of Vehicles, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz. 3. The Employer Reserves That The Vehicles Delivered Cannot Be: 1) Prototype Vehicles In Terms Of Construction And Technology, I.E. They Must Be Vehicles Currently In The Continuous Serial Production Of The Manufacturer, 2) Planition Or Post -Leasing Vehicles. 4. The Delivered Vehicles Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In Applicable Law, In Particular In Terms Of Admission To Road Traffic, In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment. 5. A Detailed Description And Terms And Rules For The Order Processing Were Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Guarantee For The Vehicles Supplied As Below: 1) Agricultural Tractor- Minimum 24 Months, Regardless Of The Number Of Kilometers Traveled2) Trailer- Minimum 12 Months3) Sweeper- Minimum 12 Months4) Mower- Minimum 12 Months5) Snow Plow- Minimum 12 Months) Final Acceptance With The I Perceive Clause. The Warranty Show Referred To In Point 1) Of This Paragraph Is One Of The Criteria For The Assessment Of Offers, Under Which The Contractor May Obtain Additional Points, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Chapter Xviii Swz. The Minimum Minimum Required By The Contracting Authority, Referred To In Item 2) To 6). Offer Evaluation Criterion. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Access To An Authorized Service. List Of Authorized Service Stations In Poland, The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Vehicle Delivery. 8. Qualitative Requirements In Connection With The Use Of The Price Criterion As A Criterion Of Weight Exceeding 60% Relating To At Least The Main Elements That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract, Were Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Vehicles, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.9. Equivalent Solutions: The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Receive A Delivery Of The Quality, Functionality And Technical Parameters Specified In Swz. When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has Made Due Diligence So That It Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes Products Or Delivery Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Could Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Some Contractors Or Products.
