1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Catering Services Involving The Preparation, Supply And Serving Of Meals As Part Of The Offer Entitled Christmas For Guests Of The Książ Hotel In The Castle Complex Of The Książ Castle In Wałbrzych. 2. The Service Includes The Preparation Of The Consumer Room And The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party To The Place Of Christmas Eve (December 24) In The Following Range: 1) Preparation, Delivery And Issue Of Meals (Breakfasts In The Form Of A Buffet, Dinner, Dinner, Sweet Coffee Refreshments And Christmas Eve Dinner) By Waiter Service, In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Annex 9) Order During Meals And After Serving Them, 3) The Presence Of The Manager While Issuing Meals To Hotel Guests. 3. Estimated Number Of People: 60, Including 50 Adults, 5 Children Over 4 Years Of Age. And 5 Children Under 10 Years Of Age 4. The Manager Requires The Contractor To Have A Premises/Room Intended For Issuing Breakfasts For Guests Of The Książ Hotel Located At A Distance Of Not More Than 500 M From Building No. 3 (Main Building - Hotel Reception) Located At The Address Of Silesian Piasts 1, Wałbrzych. The Distance Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Google Maps Website, Measured By The Shortest Route Indicated By The Website, On The Day Of Submitting Offers, As An Option To Reach On Foot, From The Above -Mentioned Place To The Place Indicated By The Contractor As A Premises. 5. The Purchaser Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract Under The Law In The Scope Of Increasing To 20% Of The Number Of Adults Served As Part Of The Order. Detailed Rules And Procedure For Awarding The Order Under The Options Right Were Specified In The Proposed Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.
