3.1. Subject Of The Contract: Retrofitting The Zss Studio In Łódź As Part Of The Project Entitled: Ecological Mechanic-Ii, No. Feld.08.08.-Iz.00-0027/23, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program, European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027. 3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 7 To Swz And Includes The Delivery Of A Didactic And Demonstration Position, In Particular As: Scissor Table Lift Min. 1200Kg, Two-Column Lift 4000 Kg, Set Of Wheel Supports, Co2 Air Conditioning Service, Modular Traction Battery Meter, Tightness Control Of The Traction Battery Housing, Tester For Electric And Hybrid Cars, Device For Diagnosing High-Voltage Batteries, Educational And Training Kit, Set Of Insulated Tools-Scale, For The Eclectic And Hybrid Vehicle Service Workshop, E-Mobility Security Kit. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party Of A New, Non -Excessive Equipment. The Equipment Supplied - Devices Must Have User Manuals In Polish (And How Much Are Required), Must Be Covered By At Least The Warranty Period - Determined For A Given Device, Equipment In Annex 7 To Swz.3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer - Annex 7 Technical Parameters Supplemented - For All Offered Devices, Equipment, Equipment, Including The Description Of The Offered Products Confirming The Fulfillment Of All Parameters And Requirements Specified By The Employer, Including In Particular - Information About The Manufacturers Name, Model / Catalog Number Of The Manufacturer For The Devices Offered, The Number Of The Number. In The Event That The Manufacturer Does Not Give Devices The Above Name / Catalog Number For Manufactured Devices, Then The Contractor Will Attach A Statement That The Manufacturer Does Not Give The Devices Of These Names. The Attached Descriptions And Documents Must Enable The Employer To Verify The Solutions Offered By The Contractor In Terms Of The Required Technical And Functional Parameters. Failure To Submit Annex No. 7 Constitutes The Inability To Evaluate The Offer And Thus The Basis For Rejecting The Offer From The Procedure. 3.5. The Supplied Equipment Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) Have Ce Declarations, B) The Supplied Devices (Subject Of The Order) Must Be Factory -New, Unpainted And Licked From The Rights Of Third Parties, C) Have The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use, In Polish, D) Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than Specified For Individual Devices, Equipment In Annex 7 To Swz, And If Ordering In Annex 7 To Swz Does Not Indicate, The Warranty Period Is 24 Months, E) The Devices Offered On The Day Of Submitting The Offers Cannot Be Allocated By The Manufacturer To Withdraw From Production Or Sale, F) The Offered Software On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Allocated By The Manufacturer To Withdraw From Production, Sales Or Technical Support,*- If Concerned) The Contracting Authority Requir
