Tenders Are Invited For Acquisition Of A Commercial Vehicle For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Public Spaces For Technical Services Of The City Of Roztoky Near Prague

The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of A Commercial Car With An Internal Combustion Engine Allowing The Installation Of Attachments. The Collection Vehicle Will Perform The Tasks Of A Small Truck Used Primarily For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Public Waste Bins Or The Collection Of Plastic Bags In Pedestrians, Parks And In Little Accessible Areas. The Required Technical Parameters Of The Vehicle And The Extension For Waste Collection Are Given In Annex 3 Of This Tender Documentation. These Parameters Are Determined As A Minimum, And Can Also Be Understood As An Indicative (Eg Dimensions Or Other Values). The Participants Offer Must Meet These Minimum Requirements, And It Is Possible To Offer Better Parameters Than The Minimum Specified In The Tender Documentation. The Vehicle And The Superstructure Will Be Delivered To The Place Of The Contract Specified In Article 4 Of This Tender Documentation. The Delivery Will Include All The Necessary Documentation Necessary For The Operation Of The Vehicle, Its Records And Safe Operation. Minimum Documentation Requirements: • Technical Card For Road Traffic • Operating, Operating And Maintenance Instructions • Service Books And Original Service Documentation. • Warranty Certificates And Delivery Notes Confirming The Takeover Of The Vehicle. • Documents On Meeting Regulations For The Operation Of Vehicles On Roads • Documents On Fulfillment Of Any Other Conditions According To The Relevant Technical Standards And Legislation Related To The Purpose Of The Use Of The Demanded Technique The Contracting Authority Requires The Entire Delivery And Its Components A Warranty Of At Least 24 Months. The Participant Can Offer The Warranty The Same Or Longer, But Not Shorter. The Warranty Length Is An Evaluation Parameter; The Longest Permissible Warranty Is 5 Years. These Requirements Are Given In More Detail In Point 2, Article 16 Of This Tender Documentation. The Contracting Authority Also Requires Financing In The Form Of A Financial Leasing, With An Initial Mining Of 30% Of The Vehicle Price And A Maturity Of 5 Years. Payments Will Be In The Form Of Monthly Installments For The Duration Of The Leasing.
