This Project will replace mechanical and plumbing infrastructure of a 14-story, 318,399 gsf academic building located in Boston. The scope of work includes replacement of central risers (mechanical, plumbing, rainwater leader, and fire standpipes) and generator support infrastructure (fuel piping, pumps and storage tanks), and addition of a smoke control system.
