Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services - Providing Public Services In Passengers Transport By Public Transport Using Partial Trolleybuses Or Other Environmentally Clean Vehicles. Public Services In Passengers Transport By Public City Transport With The Primary Use Of Partial Trolleybuses Or Other Environmentally Clean Vehicles After The Transitional Period. The Client Assumes Conclusion Of Multiple Contracts According To Individual Technical And Operating Files. The Fulfillment Of The Obligation Of Public Services Will Be Ensured In Full By Partial Trolleybuses, Respectively. Low -Emission Vehicles Within The Meaning Of Act No. 360/2022 Coll., On The Support Of Low -Emission Vehicles Through Public Procurement And Public Services In Passenger Transport, No Later Than 60 Months (A Temporary Period With The Possibility Of Using Other Than Low -Emission Vehicles) Since The Start Of Public Services. The Carrier Will Be Contractually Obliged To Provide Other Important Assets Or Spend Significant Investments According To The Conditions Of Article 4 (4) Of Regulation 1370/2007.
