The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: The Delivery, Installation And Complete Equipment Of The Interim Building In Accordance With The Present Planning Documents, The Technical Development Of The Building Including All The Necessary Connection Work, The Production Of The Intended Outdoor Facilities After Planning, Handover Of The Interim Building In A Ready-To-Operate, Functional Condition, The Production And Execution Of The Technical Building Equipment, Including: A) Water Supply Systems, Partly With Decentralized Hot Water Preparation, B) Heat Or Cold Supply Using Vrf System, C) Fresh Air Supply Of The Classrooms By Decentralized Ventilation Devices, D) Avoiding Fire Alarm System With Cladding To The Local Fire Brigade, E) Language And Speaker System, F) Language Alarm System, H) Kitchen Engineering For Corners Pure Warming Kitchen Is Designed, I) Teaching Kitchens In The Utility Rooms, J) Sun Protection. The Building Must Be Designed And Built In Such A Way That If Necessary, It Can Be Expanded To Expand The Required Infrastructure For A Further Year In A Four -Tier Structure. It Is Planned To Conclude A Rental Contract For The School Building, Which Is To Be Established On The Basis Of An Approved Draft Over A Period Of 27 Months With The Option Of Up To Five Times More Than Six More Months.
