The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas (Lw Group) And High -Metane Natural Gas (Group E) For Gas Consumption Point/Punk (Ppg) According To Annex 1 To Swz - Supply Of Gas Fuel With The Distribution Service To The Ordering Party Facilities, With A Maximum Size Of Fuel Demand 3 809 113 Kwh (Basic Order), Including Gas Fuel) Settlements At Tariff Prices In The Amount Of: 3 503 344 Kwh And Settled At Competitive Prices In The Amount Of: 305 796 Kwh. 2. Gas Fuel Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Delivery And Receiving Points Listed In Annex 1 To Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Which Is The Property Of The Ordering Party With The Gas Operators Gas Network. 3. In The Course Of The Order, The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Gas Fuel Indicated In Para. 1. In The Range Up To +/- 10%. An Increase In The Size Of The Order Will Occur On The Basis Of The Right Option. The Principles, Scope And Manner Of Using The Above -Mentioned The Above Are Described In Annex 2 To Swz - The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Para. 3 And 4. 4. Information On The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz, The Proprietary Provisions Of The Contract. 5. The Contracting Authority, At The Request Of The Selected Contractor, Shall Provide The Necessary Data To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller In The Electronic Version Of Excel Immediately After Signing The Contract. 6. Information On Current Contracts Is Described In Annex 1 To Swz In The Column Period Of Current Contract /Notice Period. 7. The Number Of Contracts For The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Which The Employer Is Concluded With The Contractor Selected In This Procedure: The Ordering Party With The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Will Conclude 3 Contracts According To The Division: 1) Rawicki Poviat With Individuals, 2) Social Welfare Home In Osiek, 3) Social Assistance Home In Pakówka.
