Medical Information Systems - Hospital Information System For Pálava Sanatorium. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be The Supply And The Related Services Of The Hospital Information System (Hereinafter Referred To As The Nis) For The Provision Of Health Care For The Pálava Sanatorium, Including Interconnection To Internal And External Information Systems, Providing Related Service Support Services (Maintenance, Update, Upgrade And Sla, Etc.) And Development Of The Information System Incl. Elaboration Of An Exit Plan. Part Of The Fulfillment Are Not The Supply Of Operating Infrastructure (Servers, Disk Fields, Backups, Etc.). Operating Infrastructure Over The Operating System Level Will Be Ensured In Cooperation. The Execution Must Correspond To The Terms Of The Contract That Arises From This Tender. The Performance Of The Public Contract Must Further Comply With All Applicable Legislation, In Particular Act No. 372/2011 Coll., On Health Services, As Amended, Reporting Payments To Health Insurance Companies, And To Be In Accordance With The Standards Of Electronic Health According To The Ministry Of Health. Part Of The Public Contract Is Also Included In The Provision Of Periodic Training Of Users And Training Of Nis Administrators, Provision And Maintenance Of Related Documentation And Provision And Maintenance Of Source Codes. Nis Will Be An Important Information System Within The Meaning Of Decree No. 317/2014 Coll., On Important Information Systems And Their Decisive Criteria.
