Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Tendering Of Energy Labeling Of Region Syddanmarks Buildings. The Assigned Task Deals With Energy Labeling Of Parts Of The Region Of Southern Denmarks Building Portfolio. The Region Of Southern Denmarks Building Portfolio Is Divided Into Four Overall Functional Areas Of Including Hospitals/Hospitals, Psychiatry, As Well As Health Centers And Other Smaller Buildings. The Four Overall Functional Areas Are As Follows: • Odense University Hospital (Ouh), Which Covers The Cities Of Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg And Ærøskøbing. • Hospital Little Belt (Slb), Which Covers The Cities Of Middelfart, Vejle And Kolding. • Hospital Southern Jutland (Shs), Which Covers The Cities Of Sønderborg, Aabenraa And Tønder. • Esbjerg-Grindsted (Egs), Which Covers The Cities Of Esbjerg And Grindsted. In Addition, The Task Includes Energy Labeling Of A Number Of Health Homes. At Present, The Energy Labels For Most Of The Region Of Southern Denmarks Buildings Have Expired, And Thus Approx. 150 Energy Labels For An Area Corresponding To Approx. 730,000 M² In The Period 2025- 2026. However, The Region Of Southern Denmark Has A Desire That The Advisor Of The Energy Labels As Possible Building Area (M²) By The End Of 2025. Reference Is Made To The Requirements Specification (Appendix 1) And The Building List (Appendix 2) For More Information On This. The Purpose Of Offering And Entering Into The Advisory Agreement Is To Ensure That The Region Of Southern Denmark Complies With Its Obligations Under Executive Order No. 549 Of 15 May 2023 On Energy Labeling Of Buildings. According To The Executive Order, The Region Of Southern Denmark Is Obliged To Possess Valid Energy Labels That Are No More Than 10 Years Old And Which Must Also Have Been Prepared By Independent And Certified Energy Consultants. The Contract Period Is Expected To Run From The End Of November 2025 To The End Of June 2026.
