Radio-Isotopes-Delivery Of Radiopharmaceuticals For Working With Positron Emission Tomograph (Five/Ct) For The Needs Of St. Marina Hospital Ead For A Period Of 1 (One) Year. The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Delivery Of A Radiopharmaceutical Preparation, Fluorodeoxyglucose (18F) To Ensure The Normal Functioning Of Positron Emission Tomograph (Five/Ct), Located At The Nuclear Medicine And Metabolite Therapy At Hospital Bgn (Two Million And Five Hundred Thousand Levs) Without Vat Included. The Present Public Procurement Is Announced By Forecast Quantities And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Declare In Whole Or Limited To The Estimated Amount Of Radiopharmaceutical Products (Rfp) Specified In The Technical Specification. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority May Request Additional Quantities Of Radiopharmaceutical Preparations, In View Of Its Real Needs Specified In The Technical Specification. The Proposed Radiopharmaceutical Product Should Be Included In The Register Of Marginal Prices Of The Rfp, Prescribed By The National Council For The National Council On Prices And Reimbursement Of Medicinal Products (Nccrlp). If During The Operation Of The Contract The Price Of The Rfp, The Subject Of The Contract, In The Positive Medicinal List Becomes Lower Than The Agreed, The Contracting Authority Will Certainly Pay The Rfp At The Lower Price As Of The Date Of The Announcement And In The Register Of Marginal Prices Under Art. 261A, Al. 1 Of The Zlphm.
