The Purpose Of This Procurement Procedure Is To Enter Into A Contract With An Advertising Agency That Successfully Conducts A Marketing Campaign To Promote Fish And Fish Products In Estonia (Executing Ideas And Organizing And Conducting All The Necessary Outsourcing). The Description Of The Service Is Given In Annex 1 To The Procurement Documents. The Contract Is Funded By The European Maritime, Fisheries And Aquaculture Funds. The Cost Of The Contract Is Eur 1,300,000 (Including Vat). Pursuant To § 85 (7) Of The Rhs, The Cost Of The Contract Is Fixed And The Tenders Are Assessed Only On The Basis Of Qualitative Criteria. The Methodology For Evaluation Of The Tenders Is Described In The Submission Of The Tender Of The Procurement Document In Clause 8 And In Annex 1. The Time Of Concluding The Contract Specified In The Procurement Notice Is Presumably And Is Not Binding.
