The New Building Is To Be Realized On Rathausplatz, Which Is Currently Still Being Used As A Bus Station And Public Parking Space. The Property Area For The New Town Hall Building Is 11,526 Sqm. The Area Requirement Determined In Advance Is Around 7,669 Sqm Of Usable Space. For This Purpose, A Constructive-Freedom-Planning Competition With Subsequent Negotiation Procedures Was Awarded As Part Of A Vgv Procedure In Order To Find Suitable Working Groups Of Architects And Landscape Architects For The Implementation Of These Building Task, Which Is Very Important For The City Of Greven, And Architecturally. The Bidding Community Neubauer Löhle Architects, Augsburg And Wbp Landscape Architects Were Commissioned, Bochum Under The Leadership Of The Löhle Neubauer Office. The Competition Contribution Serves As The Basis And Must Be Taken Into Account In The Further Planning. The Cost Estimate For The Kg Is 400 7,203,656.86 Million (Net). This Is Divided Into 6,690,844.22 Million For The Town Hall With A Library And 512,812.64 Euros For The Neighborhood Garage. This Procedure Refers To The Allocation Of Planning Performance For The Technical Equipment Hls In Investment Groups 1, 2, 3 And 7 In Accordance With Section 53 Ff. In Accordance With Hoai 2021 In The Performance Phases 1-9 And Is Aimed At Engineers Or Advisory Engineers. Description Technical Equipment: The Energy Concept Is Forcing A Sustainable Resource -Saving Approach That Strives For An Economic And Functional Solution That Reduces The Primary Energy Requirement Of The Building And Uses Regenerative Energies. The Building Is Characterized By Its Flexible Construction With A High Use Of Daylight. Female With 3-Fold Glazing, Ensure A High Daylight Entry And Complement The Highly Insulated Facade Construction. Solar Entries, Lots Of Daylight And Warm Surfaces Increase The Quality Of Stay And At The Same Time Reduce The Energy Requirement. The Artificial Lighting Is Intended With Led Technology In Combination With A Presence And Daylight Control. A Hybrid Ventilation Concept Is Provided For Ventilation. Due To An Optimized Ratio Of Room Height To Room Depth, Only Mechanical Basic Ventilation With 1.3-Fold Air Change Is Required In The Offices. The Larger Meeting Rooms (Bistro, Library, Meeting Rooms) And All Sanitary Rooms Receive A Ventilation System With Heat Recovery (1.5 Times Air Change). In Conjunction With Impact Ventilation Using An Open Window Elements, Optimal Air Quality Can Be Guaranteed.
