Bids Are Invited For Basic School Emergency Conservation

The Objective Of This Contract Is To Execute The Works Of The Project Called “Conservation Emergency Basic School El Cobre, Commune Of San Esteban ”, Whose Main Purpose Is To Restore And Ensure The Habitability, Safety And Operation Conditions Of The Establishment Educational, Affected By Extreme Climatic Events That Occurred During The Winter Of 2024. The Establishment Has A Single Pavilion That Houses Three Classrooms And Presents Deterioration Significant In Their Infrastructure, Including: Rupture And Displacement Of Deck Plates Of Asbestos Cement; Damage To The Evacuation Systems Of Limahoyas, Channels And Descents; Effects On Lunch Of Pediment And Wooden Skies; Attached Luminaires Deteriorated; In Addition To Failures In Windows And Doors, Compromising Their Hermeticity And Functionality All Of The Above According To Plans And Technical Specifications Of The Project, With The Surveillance Of The Ito Municipal. This Work Is Backed By Plans Of Details And Technical Specifications, Which It Refers To All The Necessary Construction Elements To Execute The Work. The Contract Referred To These Special Administrative Bases Will Be Governed By The System Of Sum Raised, In Which The Informed Cubications Are Estimated, Being The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Carry Out Their Own To Comply With The Execution Of The Tendered Object And Whose Price Does Not It Contemplates Readjustment Or Interests Of Any Kind And Must Include All Materials, Freight, Taxes, Insurance, Remuneration, Impositions, Unforeseen And Other Expenses Inherent To The Work. As Well As Any Expense That Is Direct Or Indirect Necessary For The Materialization Of The Total Works And Equipment That The Project Contemplates.
