Quotation are invited for Comprehensive Assessment of Dcas Current Status against Iso 55001:202 Description: 1: Comprehensive Implementation Plan: Develop a detailed plan covering implementation phases, required resources, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and timeline. - 1 EA 2: Coordinate all activities with the accredited certification body until successful issuance of the ISO 55001:2024 certificate. - 1 EA 3: Documentation Development and Updates: Asset Management Policy. Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP). Asset-related objectives and KPIs. Risk management framework across the asset lifecycle. - 1 EA 4: Gap Analysis: Comprehensive Assessment of DCAS current status against ISO 55001:2024 requirements. - 1 EA 5: Internal Audit: Conduct a full internal audit prior to the external certification audit. - 1 EA 6: Post-Certification Support: Provide technical support for 1 year after certification to ensure sustainability and continual improvement. - 1 EA 7: Training and Capacity Building: Deliver practical workshops for relevant staff.
