For The Services For The Use Of The Network Provided By Electricity Distribution South Ead And The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Pays To Electricity Distribution South Ead The Amounts Due According To The Ewrc Approved For Individual Services. Prices For Access And Transfer Of Electricity And Additional Services For End Customer Sites, Connected To The Electricity Distribution Network Of Electricity Distribution South Ead, Are Determined By The Cewr Decision Applicable For The Respective Price Period. No Changes To The Excise Duty Due, Additional Accrual Arising From The Applicable Law, Incl. And Vat And/Or Other Regulatory Requirements That Have Entered Into Force By The Relevant Act Of A Competent Authority, Ie, The Amounts Due To The Statutory Taxes, Fees And Other Supplements Related To The Use Of These Services Are Also Charged. Prices Under The Contract Under The Above General Terms Are Changed Without The Need To Negotiate In Writing When The Change Arises From A Law Or Act Of A State Body With A Force For Its Addressee. Within The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Objects For Accession To The Electricity Distribution Network And The Transfer Of Electricity Through The Electricity Distribution And Electricity Transmission Network As Needed, And May Exclude Or Add Additional Sites According To The Publicly Available General Distribution Terms Of Electricity Distribution South Ead. All Activities Related To The Performance Of The Contract Are Carried Out In Compliance With The Legislation In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria.
