The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery And Warranty Service Of Factory, New Agricultural Machinery - 2 Pcs. Wheeled Tractor (In Accordance With Item 12, B. A Of The Dr Of The Zrczgt) And The Removable Attachment Technique (In Accordance With Item 16 Of The Dr Of The Zrczgt) To Them - 2 Pcs. Snow Paddle, 2 Pcs. Sand-Spreader, 2 Pcs. Trailer, 1 Pc. Weed Brush And 1 Pc. Shredder. The Removable Attachment Technique Should Be Compatible With Tractors. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Secure The Technical Municipal Administration, Facilitating Operational Work On Maintenance On The Territory Of The Municipality. This Will Create Conditions For The Fulfillment Of The Obligations To Society In Shorter Terms And In Compliance With The Requirements For Environmental Protection. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Does Not Include The Costs Of The Car Service Service By The Contractor During The Warranty Period, Which Are At The Expense Of And Are Organized By The Contracting Authority. These Are Activities That Are Not Included In The Scope Of The Contractors Warranty Liability. The Contractor Must Provide The Contracting Authority With The Warranty Service Of The Tractors And The Removable Attachment Equipment Within The Warranty Period, Which Begins To Run From The Date Of Their Acceptance And The Signing Of The Acceptance Protocol. The Contractor Should Perform With Preference Warranty Service And Removable Attachment Technique Of The Contracting Authority During The Entire Warranty Period. The Warranty Service Is Provided At A Service Specified By The Contractor, All The Costs Of Transporting The Vehicle (Item 30 Of The Dr Of The Law On The Law On The Law On The Republic Of Bulgaria) To The Specified Service Are At His Own Expense. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Refuse The Acceptance Of Vehicles For Service And/Or Warranty Repair. Detailed Requirements For Warranty Service Are Described In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Invitation.
