Tenders Are Invited For Catering Service

The Contracting Authority Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Contract With Up To Three Executives To Order Catering And Party Service (Hereinafter Service). The Purpose Of The Service Is To Ensure The Vendors Representative Catering And, If Necessary, Servicing The Festive Events. As A Rule, The Contracting Authority Needs To Order A Service That Offers More Festive Snacks And/Or Multi-Course Lunch Or Dinner. The Provision Of The Service Is In The Area/Regions Of The Name Of The Relevant Public Procurement. The Service Must Be Provided In The Premises Designated By The Contracting Authority. The Framework Contract Is Concluded With Up To Three Providers Of The Public Procurement Of 24 Months. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Extend The Validity Of The Framework Agreement By Up To 24 Months. The Service Is Ordered On The Basis Of A Needs -Based Orders. Events With Different Number Of People Need To Be Serviced. Both Smaller (Eg 10-20 People) And Larger (Eg Up To 500 And More People) Events Should Be Taken Into Account. The Number Of People Is Specified In The Order.
