Financial Management Consultancy Services - Governance Support Project No. 3 - Côte Divoire. This Service Contract Concerns An Additional Measure Of Budgetary Support Produced By The European Union In Côte Divoire. The Objective Of This Complementary Measure Will Be To Support The State Of Côte Divoire To Strengthen The Relevance, Efficiency And Efficiency Of Public Policies By Pursuing Key Reforms For Modernizing Public Finances And Reinforcing Planning, Programming, Monitoring Evaluation Of State Intervention. The Support Will Be In The Form Of A Technical Assistance Project On Themes Such As Budgetary Programming, Statistics, Internal Control; Accounting Or External Control (Indicative List, Subject To Change, Etc.).
