Quotation are invited for Procurement of Booklet Design. Deadline for submission: October 06, 2025 by 2:00 PM (Beirut time). The Lebanese Red Cross (LRC), through its Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Unit, has been implementing the AFDDANIDA Rofaka2 Al Nahr project, a three-year initiative funded by Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA). The project aims to strengthen the resilience of Lebanese host communities and Syrian refugee communities against crises and disasters, particularly floods, in the Ostouane (Akkar, North) and Ghzayel (Bekaa, South) river basins. Scope of Work / Content to be highlighted The booklet should include, but not be limited to, the following: A. Thematic Focus Areas Community engagement: VCA, hazard mapping, contingency planning. Disaster Risk Management Committees (DRMC). Community Emergency Response Teams (CERTs). School programs and preparedness. Community-led initiatives and micro-projects. Success stories and lessons learned. Challenges encountered during project implementation. Inclusion: womens participation and people with disabilities. Refugees/ITS representation (especially Syrian communities). War/conflict response, shelters, and DRM coordination. Referrals and collaboration with other organizations. B. Capacity Building & Awareness Activities Trainings: FA, FR, FF, PFA, CERTs, SAR, EVCA, contingency planning, simulations, evacuation drills, resilience programs, Y-Adapt, etc. Awareness Sessions: domestic fires, floods, earthquakes, landslides, wildfires, winter storms, road safety, armed conflicts, weapon contamination, waste management, communicable diseases, heatwaves, school/workplace accidents, emergency family planning, etc. Tender Link : https://www.daleel-madani.org/calls-for-proposal
