Tenders are invited for Self-Care Trainer (Provide Lecorvaw Staff with a One-Day Self-Care Retreat that Promotes Relaxation, Creativity, and Stress Relief.). All proposals must be submitted no later than 6 October 2025 Scope of Work The selected service provider will be responsible for designing and facilitating a one-day self care program that includes the following workshops: Clay Workshop A therapeutic, hands-on session where participants mold and shape clay to create artistic or functional objects. This activity helps reduce stress, improve focus, and provide a calming, tactile form of self-expression. Messy Paint Workshop An expressive art activity that encourages freedom, playfulness, and creativity through colors and textures. It allows participants to release stress, spark joy, and reconnect with their inner sense of fun. Canva Workshop A digital design session introducing Canva, a simple online design tool. Participants will learn to create inspiring visual content such as posters, affirmations, and vision boards that foster motivation and positivity. Required Qualifications and Experience The Trainer should have: Proven experience in organizing and facilitating self-care, wellness, or creative workshops. Skilled facilitators with backgrounds in art, design, or therapeutic activities. Experience working with NGOs, community-based organizations, or staff well-being programs. Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for participants. Duration of Assignment The assignment will be carried out of one full day, including all workshops.
