1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor In The Field Of Arrangement Of Office Rooms Iii, Iv And 5Th Floor Of The Building At Ul. Skawińska 8 In Krakow.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him.
