1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Toilets With An Area Of ​​About 44 M2 Located In The Basement Of The Northern Wing Of The State Archaeological Museum In Warsaw Arsenal At Ul. Długa 52 In Warsaw In Accordance With The Project Documentation Constituting Annex 6 To Swz And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Together With Attachments Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Cleaning Work During The Implementation Of The Task And After Its Completion, Guaranteeing Cleanliness Around The Space Of Construction Works Performed In The Facility; 3. The Number Of Works Attached To Swz Are An Auxiliary. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Number Of Works With Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Works As Well As This Swz Due To The Fact That The Contract For The Work Is A Flat -Rate Agreement In The Event Of A Greater Amount Of Works In Any Preliminary Position During The Works, This Will Not Be Considered Additional Works With Additional Remuneration. Any Lack In The Pre -Emptive Of Works And Works Necessary To Perform Resulting From Project Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Provisions Of This Swz Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them At The Contractual Price. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account In The Offer Price Of All Works Specified In The Project Documentation, This Swz And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Even If They Are Not Included In The Shared Bill Of Quantities.
