1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Increase The Level Of Cyber Security In The Poviat Starosty In Sławno - Delivery Of Server Infrastructure As Part Of The Project Entitled Cyberd Local Government. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Was Specified In Annex 2 To Swz.3. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.4. Delivery Address Of The Subject Of The Contract: Poviat Eldership In Sławno, Ul. Sempołowska 2A, 76 - 100 Sławno.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Employer At Least 2 Days In Advance Of The Delivery Date. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place During His Office Hours (Monday-Friday 7.30-15.30). 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party 7. The Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are An Auxiliary For Determining The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Using Equivalent Devices With Technical And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Who Refers To The Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Show That The Delivery He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. It Is Allowed To Offer Equipment With Higher Parameters. The Indicated Names Of The Products And Their Manufacturers By The Contracting Authority Are Intended Only To Introduce Requirements That Could Not Be Described With The Help Of Sufficiently Accurate And Understandable Terms. 8. The Own Names Given In The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 And Article 16 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Designed To Specify The Qualitative Expectations Of The Employer. 9. The Contractor, Offering An Balance Subject To The Swz Described In Swz, Is Obliged To Maintain Equivalence In The Scope Of Utility, Functional And Quality Parameters, Which Must Be At A Level No Worse Than The Parameters Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 10. Contractors Can Offer Equivalent Solutions With The Same Parameters Or Exceeding Them, But Their Duty Is To Prove Equivalence. In The Absence Of Documents Proving Equivalence, The Contracting Authority Assumes That The Offer Does Not Meet The Requirements Of Swz And Will Be Rejected. 11. In Case Of Doubts Related To Equivalence, The Employer Will Be Able To Ask For Additional Explanations Of The Contractor And/Or Independent Research Units That May Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Requirements. At The Stage Of Implementation, The Verification Of The Supplied Equipment Should Be Enabled And In The Event Of Non -Compliance, It Is Possible To Suspend The Entire Delivery Along With The Order To Immediately Rep
