Tenders Are Invited For Performance Of The Service For A Comprehensive Organization And Preparation Of Educational Workshops Entitled Green Hydrogen School For Students And Secondary School Teachers.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In A Comprehensive Organization And Preparation Of Educational Workshops Entitled Green Hydrogen School - For Students And Teachers Of Secondary Schools - Participants Of The Hydrogen School As Part Of The Project Entitled Wielkopolskie Intelligent Specializations-An Ecosystem For Climate Neutrality (Wid-E 4 Net Zero). The Main Purpose Of The Order Is To Disseminate Knowledge About The Benefits Of Using Hydrogen As An Alternative, Low -Emission Energy Source. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractors Obligation Will Be, Among Others: 1) Organization Of A Maximum Of 4 Trips In Cycles Of Two -Day Workshops Entitled Green Hydrogen School In A Place That Meets The Location Conditions Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Constituting Annex 4 To Swz, Taking Into Account The Obligatory Forms Of Implementation Of The Program, Referred To In Opz, I.E.::) Interactive Lectures Conducted By Trainers - A Minimum Of Two Coaches In The Formula Of Thematic Sessions, B) Brain Storm, 2) Free Time, 3) Providing Trainers With Appropriate Education, Specialist Knowledge As Well As Professional Experience And In Conducting Group Classes, 4) Ensuring The Coordinator Responsible For Efficient Performance Of The Order And Constant Contact With The Employer, 5) Ensuring Full Board For All Participants And Carers In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Opz, 6) Organizing Accommodation For All Participants And Guardians And Ensuring The Workshop Place With The Technical Standards And Requirements Specified By The Employer, 7) Ensuring Safe And Comfortable Transport For All Participants And Guardians, Which Will Meet The Criteria Described In Opz, 8) Ensuring Comprehensive Insurance For All Participants And Guardians For The Entire Duration Of The Service Under The Green Hydrogen School, 9) Preparation Of Workshop Materials, 10) Preparation Of A Final Report From The Entire Service, 11) Application Rules In The Field Of Visual Identification And Communication Under The Project, 12) Ongoing Consultation With The Ordering Party Actions Taken By The Contractor As Part Of The Contract, 13) Implementation Of Other Tasks Described In Detail In Opz.3. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.4. Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Indicated In Opz And Ppu.5. The Offer Submitted By The Contractor Must Cover The Entire Scope Of The Order Provided For In Swz.6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require A Requirement Under Art. 95 Para. 1 And 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Implementation Of Which Would Consist In Performing The Work In
