1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Measurement Of Traffic On Poviat Roads 2026.2. Scope: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In Careful And Reliable Registration Of Road Traffic Data In The Routes Of Poviat Roads Managed By The Poviat Roads In Poznań Together With Poviat Roads In Mosina And On Rail And Road Crossings, Located In Poviat Road Routes And Developing Measurement Results, Calculating Sdrr, Selection Of Measuring Sections, Whose Annual Number Of Vehicles Exceeds 3 Million In Order To Prepare Acoustic Maps. 2) The Measurement Consists Of Registration Using The Video Method At Set Measuring Dates And On Specific Measuring Sections Of Vehicle Traffic Passing Through The Road Cross -Section, Including Bicycle Traffic, Taking Into Account The Division Into The Basic Type Of Vehicle Type And Development Of Results. 3) For 276 Measuring Sections Of Poviat Roads. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: 1) Perform The Subject Of The Contract Based On The Contractors Offer And Swz, Including Guidelines; 2) Marking The Place Where The Service Is Performed In Accordance With The Guidelines; 3) Conducting Works In Such A Way As To Not Damage Any Element Of The Road Lane. All Costs From The Abovementioned The Contractor Will Bear Damage And Damage; 4) Conducting Works In Such A Way As To Limit Traffic Problems To The Necessary Minimum, Do Not Cause Damage To Road Users. Of 2016 No. 119, P. 1, As Amended). Data Anonymization Should Be Made Taking Into Account The Nature, Scope, Context, Processing Purposes And Risk Of Varying Probability Of Occurrence And A Weight For The Rights And Freedoms Of Natural Persons Whose Data Is Subject To Anonymization.
