Implementation Of Project Documentation For The Investment Entitled: Reconstruction And Hardening Of The Communication Route Located On Plots No. 1/4 And 3/4 At Ul. Chrobrego In Elbląg1. Submission Of A Preliminary Design Concept With A Description Of The Assumptions Of Technical Solutions Adopted And The Estimated Cost Of Construction Works And Obtaining Its Agreement By The Ordering Party. The Agreed Concept Will Constitute The Basis For Making Detailed Documentation In The Field Of Construction Design And Technical/Executive Design. The Concept Must Contain At Least A Presentation Of Geometry And Locations Of The Designed Elements Of The Designed Hardening On The Situational Set, Presented On The Current Map For Design Purposes, In Particular Proposals Of Solutions Showing: A. Course And Parameters Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Sequence, Including Longitudinal Profile And Transverse Declines Along With Proposal Of The Type And Structure And Technology Of Surface Construction, B. The Way Of Lighting Together With The Proposal Of The Type And Parameters Of Columns And Parameters Of Columns And Parameters Of Columns Lighting Luminaires And Its Power Supply, C. Method Of Dehydration, Location And Type Of Buildings And Devices Used Along With A Proposal For The Method And Location Of Rainwater Discharge. The Scope Of Necessary Felling Of Trees And Shrubs And Proposals In The Field Of Greenery Development, Including Replacement Plantings E. Equipment In The Form Of Resting Places, Elements Of Small Architecture (Benches, Garbage Bins) And In Solutions To The Necessary Protection Of The Slopes And The Protection Of The Existing Stand And Other Existing Development Elements 2. Making Complete Project Documentation. The Design Documentation Must Be Developed Based On The Guidelines Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Receipt Of Construction Works As Well As A Functional And Functional Program. 3. Preparation And Submission To The Competent Authority On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Of A Complete Application For A Building Permit Decision In Accordance With The Construction Law And Obtaining The Required Decision.
